OLSA S.p.A. production is basically focused on design and manufacturing of equipment and turn-key plants for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. In these fields, Olsa proposes both standard units (customized from time to time according to the end user requirements) and units studied together with the customer for specific production processes. The features of the basic models and the many options available allow to meet any process requirement. OLSA production range includes: - Vacuum mixer-homogenizers : various models equipped either with mixing group with two slow agitators and one fast agitator or with one slow agitator, one fast agitator and a colloidal mill. - Preparation vessels for injectable solutions and dissolvers for syrups. - Vacuum dryers cabinet-type with heated trays; rotary vacuum dryers, double-cone or off-centered cylindrical type, and Drymix, a dryer with cylindrical, horizontal body with large front door and internal agitator. - Hot air ovens and sterilizers. - Filter-dryers, Nutsche-type, with heated agitator and filtering bottom with filtration systems with no screws in contact with product. - Fermentation package units particularly suitable for various fermentation processes, designed in collaboration with skilled microbiologists, specialists in fermentation and international organizations and institutes.
